Devan, born July 2003, is a thoughtful and kind-hearted boy. He is interested in sports and music. He is a very likeable child and aims to please others. His favorite color is blue and his favorite restaurant is Taco Bell. His favorite subject in school is Math. He tends to be more successful when he has a structured routine that outlines expectations, consequences, and privileges. He is active and likes to be outdoors, playing football and basketball.

Devan needs a family that will provide consistent structure, has patience, and unconditional love. He has siblings that he would like to maintain communication with after he is adopted. He desires a forever home and is excited about the possibility of being a part of a permanent home.
