NOEL HAS BEEN ADOPTED!

Noel, born June 2015, is a sweet child. He tends to be quiet and reserved. However, he can be outgoing and very talkative when he becomes comfortable with his surroundings. Noel has the ability to be helpful and kind and generous to others. He struggles with using effective communication. Noel loves to draw, color, and watch television. His favorite movie is Frozen and he loves Paw Patrol too.  He does very well with one on one attention and he has formed strong bonds with previous foster families. He really enjoys his sleep and relaxing while in home and in school.
