CARTEL HAS BEEN ADOPTED!

Cartel, born October 2010, is a very sweet and helpful young man. He enjoys playing video games and all things football. He hopes to be in the NFL one day! Cartel makes friends very easily and gets along with others well. He enjoys going to church every week. He continues to work hard in school and looks forward to science class. Cartel would love a family to spend forever with, especially if he was able to have siblings and a pet!
