EMMA HAS BEEN ADOPTED!

Emma, born September 2013, likes playing with dolls and her tablet. She loves puppies and kittens.  Her favorite color is pink. She would love to go to a JoJo Siwa concert one day. She does fairly well in school although she sometimes struggles with focusing. She is very social and active.  She desires a family who is structured and will be able to guide her into adulthood.
