Rachel, born in December 2011, is a very loving and happy child. She loves to laugh and to make others happy. She can be shy at first, but opens up quickly. She likes to be outside, play sports, go swimming, and paint. If she could visit anywhere, she would visit the beach or the mountains. Rachel is looking forward to finding a family with whom she can live happily ever after.
